Bennett joined the group in September 2014. His research focuses on the quantification – radioactivity, ambient dose rates – of special nuclear material and source term in nuclear power plants using CdZnTe spectrometers and spectral deconvolution techniques developed in the group. Bennett’s efforts towards this research contribute to the Black Box Identification Spectrometer (DOE NNSA NA-22).
