Ph.D. candidate

Alexander is a 4th year Ph.D. Candidate in Radiation Measurements and Imaging in the NERS program at the University of Michigan. He works in Professor Zhong He’s research group focusing on improving imaging performance. He is currently working to advance the multi-modality gamma-ray imaging capabilities of 3-D position-sensitive CZT detectors. This work aims to improve simultaneous PET and SPECT imaging by combining coincidence imaging and multi-pinhole/coded aperture imaging. He enjoys playing sports and games in his spare time.
