Personal CV

I am currently an assistant research scientist working in the measurement group. My primary research interests are in medical imaging instrumentation and development of large-volume HgI2 detectors for gamma-ray imaging and spectroscopy. Please see the Project List for details regarding these research activities.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Modern Physics in 1995, from the University of Science and Technology of China. In the summer of 2001, I received my PhD degree in Detector Physics from the Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Southampton, UK.
